Project Description

The first house in Palo Alto built to the Passive House Standard is known as Project Green Home.
Completed in June 2011, it meets and exceeds the State’s residential 2020 zero net energy
requirements. The owners incorporated the best, cheapest, longest-lasting, safest, most
aesthetically pleasing product and materials available.
