Project Description
This is a Passive House Remodel of a summer cottage originally built in the early 20th century. The owners kept the old-growth interior intact and remodeled the house to Passive House Standards in 2012. An unique feature of this house is the homemade hydronic heating loop adapted from beer brewing equipment.
