This is a family house, located in South California, in a residential area of Pacific Grove. The shape and orientation of the lot gave ideal opportunity to optimise the South solar gains by increasing glazing to the South and minimising glazing to the North, while not compromising natural light in all rooms of the house. This project is certified by the Passive House Academy.
