It is designed to withstand extreme weather conditions witout loosing the ability to hinhabit the building. It uses an advanced double frame wall system which allows for thermal bridge free construction and super insulation. It also features an super efficient domestic hot water system by utilizing a manifold plumbing system resulting in low energy and water usage. The design is based on an advanced 24 inch grid system which makes the building cost effective and reduces construction wast.
