This 24 story building is currently the tallest Infill Passive House building in the world. The mixed use project has 55 residential apartments of which 17 are affordable as well as a commercial retail space on the ground floor. The retail space is included in the Passive House envelope.
A central ERV provides fresh air to the buildings’ residential units and the project has triple glazed aluminum windows throughout.
